As a classical tour operator, the family business has been internationally active for several years with special theme trips and cruises. These bespoke tours, with world-renowned artists and orchestras, attract audiences to Europe from far beyond the borders of the German-speaking world. Thanks to a strong partners in Taiwan, Japan, China, Australia, Mexico, Korea, USA, UK, Italy, Spain, Denmark, etc. it has been possible to build up a worldwide distribution network.

Sea & Music with the Viennese Philharmonic

 

In 2012 MS6 succeeded, for the third time, to host an exclusive cruise with the Vienna Philharmonic, which attracted a worldwide audience from 37 countries. 80 artists on a cruise for one week, accompanied by their valued audience from all five continents. Music lovers from all over the world came together on board and on land for a unique concert indulgence.

 

Highlights of these trips are the major concerts on land, for example, at the Mariinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg, open-air in the ruins of Ephesus, in the Finlandia Hall Helsinki, in Konserthuset Stockholm, the open-air arena in Taormina, the Megaron in Athens etc.

The secret highlights include open rehearsals on board; the musicians can be watched and listened to during development of a piece. Chamber concerts on board and the popular Meet & Greet with the artists complete the program with around 20 musical performances during a trip.
